Precision 19mm ringless aluminium roller M4WD-32/GO

M4WD-32/GO is a 19mm ringless aluminium ball-race roller engineered for compact Mini 4WD applications. The ringless circumference reduces radial protrusion to lower guide interference while the aluminium barrel increases structural stiffness compared with polymer housings. Internal ball elements are employed to reduce bearing friction and improve rotational consistency under load.

Mounting follows standard 19mm roller spacing. Use the correct 3mm or 4mm shaft and calibrate spacer stack to achieve correct axial preload without binding. The part is intended as an aftermarket upgrade for chassis types that accept 19mm rollers, including MA, MS, AR, FM-A and Super-II, and is suited to tuned setups where minimal lateral profile is required.

Gold anodising provides a uniform hard finish that resists surface marking in display or competition use. This component is supplied as the roller assembly only; no drivetrain or chassis items are included.

For 3mm shafts, use thin washers to achieve minimal lateral play while maintaining free spin. Aim for a small preload that prevents slop without causing bearing drag.
Reducing the outer lip lowers contact area with guide rails, which can change lateral load distribution. Test on your specific side stay geometry to confirm handling behavior under cornering forces.
Inspect for debris, clean the bearing path, and apply a light, low-viscosity bearing oil after each few runs. Replace bearing elements if you detect roughness or excessive play.
Maintain correct shaft diameter, spacer thickness and side stay clearance. Small deviations in spacer thickness can create binding or excessive play, so measure and shim precisely during installation.
Yes. The gold anodised finish and ringless profile make it suitable for display builds where a low-profile, neat appearance is desired, while still offering functional bearing performance for running cars.
