Racing-grade graphite pivot shims

The CY-34 shim set is intended for precise pivot spacing adjustments on compatible Cyclone chassis. With 0.5mm and 1mm thicknesses, these graphite shims enable controlled modifications to pivot clearance and alignment that are useful when refining handling for competitive settings.

Procedure: release pivot mount fasteners, locate the selected shim between the mount faces, and reassemble while monitoring thread engagement and torque. Maintain clean contact surfaces and avoid over-torquing to prevent compression of the graphite and unintended geometry changes.

Setup strategy: use the 0.5mm shim for minimal clearance correction or to free a binding joint; apply the 1mm shim for larger offsets to tweak roll behaviour or correct alignment. These low-mass shims allow iterative adjustments without altering primary suspension components.
