This aluminium belt tension post is engineered as an installation item for Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing versions. The anodized purple surface marks the post while it serves to route and set belt tension within the Cyclone belt-drive configuration.

Installation uses the original belt-post mounting point and factory hardware. Verify belt alignment and apply conservative torque to the mounting screw to protect thread integrity. The component's function is limited to belt routing and tension adjustment and it does not alter drivetrain geometry.

For routine service, inspect the post and belt path for signs of abrasion and ensure mounting threads are clean. Regular checks during setup allow consistent tensioning and predictable on-track behaviour.
