Technical overview

This aluminium differential shaft is developed as an upgrade component for DB-01 platforms. Supplied as part DB01-05/HD, the shaft is intended to provide increased structural stiffness compared with typical stock shafts, helping the differential resist deformation under higher torque and repeated load cycles.

Compatibility and fitment: engineered for DB-01 chassis variants that accept the standard DB-01 differential shaft, the component installs in the original shaft location and retains the differential assembly function while offering improved resistance to bending and wear.

Installation and tuning: fitting follows standard differential service procedures - remove the differential cover, extract the existing shaft and install the aluminium unit, verifying alignment and clearance. In performance setups the added rigidity can improve consistent power transfer during acceleration and stabilise handling through corner exits.
