This machined aluminium rear stabiliser is a tuning component for the Hot Bodies Cyclone Sport and Racing models. Engineered to provide a firmer connection between rear suspension nodes than typical polymer links, it allows targeted changes to chassis roll stiffness without altering spring rates or anti-roll bar geometry.
The stabiliser is supplied to locate at the Cyclone's standard rear stabiliser mounting positions and is designed to use the original chassis hardware where compatible. In the majority of installations no chassis trimming is necessary, though installers should confirm thread engagement and check for any local interference during assembly.
From a setup perspective the component raises rear roll stiffness and affects yaw dynamics: increased stiffness typically reduces rear squat and improves initial turn-in precision, while reduced stiffness can enhance compliance and traction on lower-grip surfaces. Make measured increments when adjusting and validate changes with timed runs or sector analysis.
