This fin-style heatsink is engineered for use on HPI Savage 21, Savage 25 and Savage X 13 engine heads to improve passive heat rejection. The design increases exposed head surface area to lower peak running temperatures while remaining a model-only component not intended for real vehicle use.

Installation follows standard nitro practice: remove the current head, inspect thread engagement and axial clearance, then slide the heatsink over the head ensuring no interference with the carburettor, exhaust manifold or chassis fixtures. Confirm rotating clearance by hand prior to first start and reverify after an initial thermal cycle.
