High-surface-area 13-fin heatsink engineered for Savage 25 engine heads. The design increases convective cooling area to moderate head temperatures on nitro engines under continued load.
From a tuning perspective the additional thermal mass and fin count alter heat soak and transient temperature response, providing more predictable thermal behaviour during iterative needle adjustments and airflow testing.
Installation follows standard cooling-head replacement steps: remove the original head, verify clearances to carburettor and stack, then fit the heatsink and inspect for exhaust or body interference. Confirm seating and perform a cautious low-RPM check before full-throttle operation.
Compatibility note: intended for Savage 25 series heads; confirm head diameter and fin spacing prior to fitment. Designed for nitro RC application only.
