This precision motor mount is developed for Kyosho Mini-Z AWD platforms and features a compact heatsink to enhance heat transfer away from the motor can during sustained track sessions. The component maintains original drivetrain geometry while prioritising thermal control during repeated runs.

Installation requires replacing the factory motor bracket and aligning the motor with the existing spur and pinion. During assembly ensure correct screw selection, verify axial and radial motor alignment, secure wiring clear of the heatsink fins, and confirm gear mesh under slight load before final torqueing.

Functionally this is a thermal management upgrade. It reduces heat soak risk and can stabilise motor torque output over multiple heats, though thermal performance is influenced by motor construction, ambient airflow and operating duty cycle.
