This graphite rear shock tower is produced as the 3Racing TA05-03/V2/WO upgrade for Tamiya TA05 chassis variants. It is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock rear tower to provide a dimensionally stable mounting surface for rear shock absorbers on scale RC competition cars.

Designed with setup repeatability in mind, the stiffer graphite anchor reduces variability at the shock mount so iterative tuning yields clearer results. The component is supplied without hardware; retain original screws and spacers or fit precise replacement fasteners to the chassis posts to preserve alignment and preload settings.

Installation follows standard chassis procedures: remove the original tower, carry across required inserts or spacers, locate the graphite tower on the chassis posts and torque the original screws to the recommended clearance. After installation validate suspension travel, toe and camber, and re-check fastener security after the first competitive run.

What tolerances should I check after fitting?
