This CNC machined aluminium suspension mount is an engineered replacement for Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 touring chassis. Manufactured as a single alloy component, it provides a repeatable, stiff mounting point for suspension linkages while maintaining the original suspension geometry and mounting datum.

Compatibility is limited to the chassis referenced in the product title. The component is supplied as 1 pcs and locates into the factory mounting positions, utilising the original screw pattern and hardware. No ancillary parts are assumed to be included.

Installation procedure: remove the factory plastic mount, transfer any bearings or inserts as required, and secure the aluminium unit to the stock mounting points. Ensure fastener alignment and torque are consistent with original settings to preserve wheel alignment and suspension kinematics.
