The 3Racing FF03-17 rear axle set is a purpose-designed replacement for the Tamiya FF-03 platform, developed to aid drivetrain serviceability and fine-tuning. This part is intended to sit as a direct axle replacement to maintain driveline geometry and to support precise setup adjustments during race preparation.

Installation follows standard FF-03 procedures: detach the rear driveline assembly, install the replacement axle, ensure accurate seating within the gearbox and suspension mounts, and validate unencumbered rotation. Use calibrated drivers for torque-critical fasteners and handle bearings with contamination control to preserve running smoothness.

From a setup viewpoint, axle changes alter lateral play, backlash and rotational balance which in turn affects traction and drivetrain efficiency.
