Precision aluminium bridge for touring setups

This CNC-style machined aluminium bridge suspension mount is designed for the Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 platforms. It replaces the stock plastic bridge with a firmer aluminium assembly that stabilises the front suspension mounting points, improving dimensional stability under load.

The part is specified for 1/10 on-road touring car use and is finished with an anodised surface to resist wear. Compatibility is limited to the named chassis; no claims are made about fit on other models.

Installation follows standard procedures: remove the factory bridge, align the aluminium mount to the chassis bosses and fasten using the original screw locations. Ensure correct thread engagement and confirm there is adequate clearance for steering links and front arms. Final tuning should be performed via shock position, arm rotation and roll centre adjustments on the host chassis.

Setup role: as a rigid reference point the aluminium bridge reduces compliance at the front end, allowing more predictable camber and roll centre tuning and aiding consistent lap-to-lap performance for competitive setups.
